Customers have access to the PHS Help Desk, 12 hours per day, via a toll-free 800 number and Help Desk issues may be entered via the Internet 24 hours per day. In addition, a knowledge base and product documentation are available via the Internet.
The InfoServ DD software includes extensive online, interactive help facilities, and printed documentation to support usage and on-going training requirements.
PHS subscription fees include the software usage license, provisioning of the servers and software to run the software and maintain the database of information. This service is completely transparent to the users. Enhanced versions of the software are provided to customers during the term of the subscription without additional charge.
PHS assists customers with coordinating workstation and ISP setup and customizations.
PHS provides initial user training for no additional charge. Follow-on or custom training is available.
PHS can provide customer specific product customizations and interfaces.
A Premier Partner incentive program is available to customers who refer new customers for the InfoServ DD software products.
