Will you use my data?
Through our service level agreement, we commit to you that we will protect and hold your constituent data confidential, and we will not use your data without your permission. There may be a case where you would want anonymous statistics and trends in the future. We would provide these statistics only after all parties involved authorized the release of the information and agreed on the format of the delivery of the statistics.
Is our information secure?
We have spent hundreds of hours designing a safe and secure means of storing the information that will reside on our computers. Transactions are performed only after a user passes through a database login procedure. A person from your agency controls who can see your information and to what degree they can access the information. For example, you could assign a direct care staff worker in a remote site with the ability only to add and edit new daily notes, without seeing any other information. Or you could give an Executive Director access to all areas of the program.
What happens if the Web site goes down?
Our systems are very stable. We have state-of-the-art servers and redundancy incorporated at every level. We have a back up server, back up database, and back up power supplies. If any one of these systems fail, there is another one to take its place. The likelihood of our sites being down for a significant length of time is remote.
What happens when we have new forms or new requirements in the future?
One of the biggest advantages in using our system is that we will be able to provide you with new forms and reports as required by the state. We also will provide functionality not necessarily required by the state that would help you run your business more effectively and efficiently. Future modules include Donation Management, on-line Prescription orders, Grant Management, on-line purchasing of medical supplies and equipment and more.
Do you think we could learn to use the system?
We will provide on site, hands-on training to your staff. In addition, one of the highest priorities in our design was a focus on ease of use. You are able to make sure your employees only see the part of the system that they have access to; therefore, there is less chance of confusion and it is not so intimidating to learn. We also have people ready and waiting to answer your questions over our toll-free phone lines, and have an on-line help-desk where you can submit questions and receive an answer via email.
